Dec 17, 2009: 9.21 miles – Treadmill 1.85 miles, treadclimber 0.59 miles, recumbent bike 6.77 miles.

Dec 22, 2009: 5.69 miles – Treadmill 2.33 miles, recumbent bike 3.36 miles.
