So tonight we whipped up some good ol’ fashioned indian food. Supper consisted of garlic Naan Bread and Roasted sweet potatoes spiced with oil, curry, cumin, salt, pepper and paprika. It was AH-mazing.

It was first time trying Naan bread, and I was super impressed with how soft it is and has just the right amount of flavour in it.

I definitely think I will be incorporating more indian food, its healthy, vegan/vegetarian and full of flavour and spice!

I’m just waiting for The Biggest Loser to come on tonight, so that’s all I have planned.
